Terms and Conditions – Reel 7 Platform Rules & Player Agreement

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Reel 7, operated under the domain reel7.click. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and Reel 7 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). They govern all access to and use of the Reel 7 website, mobile browser interface, games, betting markets, promotions, payment services and any other features available on the platform.

By clicking "Register", completing the account creation process or simply accessing and using the Reel 7 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the Reel 7 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy and any specific promotion terms that apply to bonuses you claim. Where any conflict exists between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence for that offer only.

2. Eligibility and Registration Requirements

To register and maintain an account on Reel 7, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and must remain 18 or older throughout your use of the platform.
• You must be a natural person — businesses, organisations and automated entities may not hold player accounts.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor or close family member of an employee of Reel 7 or any of its technology and game providers.
• You must not currently be under self-exclusion from Reel 7 or any connected gaming platform.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, a valid email address, a working Pakistani mobile number and a date of birth. You must not provide false information at any stage of the registration process.

3. Account Management and Security

You are entirely responsible for the security of your Reel 7 account. This means keeping your login credentials — email address and password — confidential and not sharing them with any other person for any reason. Reel 7 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. If someone contacts you claiming to be Reel 7 support and asks for your password, do not provide it and report the contact to our support team immediately.

Reel 7 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. With 2FA active, any login attempt from an unrecognised device requires a one-time verification code in addition to your password, significantly reducing the risk of unauthorised access.

• You must notify Reel 7 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Reel 7 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account regardless of whether you personally initiated it, except in cases of demonstrable platform error or proven third-party hacking reported promptly to Reel 7.
• Your account is for personal use only — sharing access with another person or using your account on behalf of a third party is not permitted.
• If you suspect fraudulent activity on your account, contact support immediately. Do not continue playing while a security concern is unresolved.

Reel 7 reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation where unusual activity is detected, including login attempts from multiple countries within a short time window, payment method mismatches or patterns consistent with fraudulent activity. During a suspension, pending withdrawals will be held until the investigation is complete. Reel 7 will communicate the reason for any account suspension as promptly as circumstances allow.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policies

All transactions on Reel 7 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfers via IBFT and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have previously been used to make a deposit on the same account. Reel 7 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in other names or payment methods with no deposit history. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of player funds.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Free Spins

Reel 7 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins, cashback and tournament prizes. Each promotion has specific terms that govern the bonus amount, eligible games, wagering requirement, minimum odds (where applicable), maximum cashout, expiry period and any other conditions. These terms are published on the Reel 7 Promotions page at the time the offer is live and must be read before claiming.

The following general rules apply to all Reel 7 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts only. Claims made before completing account verification may be reversed.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated expiry period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered sufficiently before expiry will be removed from your account automatically.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without completing the applicable wagering requirement.
• Where a wagering requirement is expressed as a multiple (e.g., 30×), the total amount to be wagered equals the bonus amount multiplied by that figure. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 30× requirement requires Rs 30,000 in qualifying bets before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Crash games, fishing games and live casino games may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution rates for each promotion are stated in that promotion's specific terms.
• Reel 7 reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled mid-campaign, players who have already claimed the bonus will be given reasonable notice and their wagering progress will be honoured up to the point of cancellation.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly, exploiting technical errors that incorrectly credit bonuses, or coordinating with other players to clear wagering requirements artificially — will result in account closure and balance forfeiture.

6. Game Rules, Betting and Outcomes

All games available on Reel 7 — including slot games, crash games, fishing games, sports betting markets and any other game types — are governed by the individual rules of each game and the rules of the relevant provider. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game they choose to play. Game rules are accessible within each game interface and from the relevant game provider's documentation.

All game outcomes on Reel 7 are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of sports betting, by the outcomes of real sporting events. Reel 7 does not control, influence or adjust game outcomes in any way. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage displayed for each game reflects the mathematically expected long-term return based on the certified game mathematics — it is not a guarantee of any individual session outcome.

• Bets that have been confirmed and placed cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Please confirm your stake and selection carefully before submitting any bet.
• In the event of a technical failure that prevents a game round from completing normally, Reel 7 will resolve the bet based on the available game state at the time of failure. Where the game state cannot be determined, the stake will be refunded to your account balance.
• Reel 7 reserves the right to void bets placed in error due to incorrectly displayed odds, prices or game information resulting from a technical error on the platform.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These are displayed within the game interface. Bets that fall outside the stated limits may be rejected or voided.
• Winnings from sports betting are based on the final official result of the relevant event as determined by the sport's governing body. Where events are abandoned, postponed or result in circumstances not covered by standard settlement rules, Reel 7 will apply the settlement rules stated in the sports betting section.

7. Prohibited Conduct and Enforcement

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Reel 7 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, permanent closure, full forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account per person for any purpose, including to claim bonuses multiple times or to circumvent a prior account closure.
• Bonus Abuse: Any systematic exploitation of Reel 7's bonus programme including arbitrage betting across bonuses, coordinated wagering with other players or using bonus funds in ways designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine game play risk.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other automated software to place bets, spin reels, interact with games or conduct any other platform activity without direct human input.
• Money Laundering: Using Reel 7 to deposit, move or withdraw funds in a manner consistent with money laundering. Reel 7 is legally required to report suspicious financial activity and cooperates fully with relevant authorities.
• Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals after a deposit has been used for gaming. All chargeback claims are investigated thoroughly. Where a chargeback is found to be fraudulent, the associated account will be closed and the matter referred to the relevant financial institution and authorities.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Intentionally exploiting display errors, pricing errors or game malfunction states to gain an advantage. Winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and will not be paid.
• Underage Access: Attempting to register or access the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating access by a minor.

8. Responsible Gaming Obligations

Reel 7 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We believe that gambling should remain an enjoyable leisure activity and we take seriously our responsibility to support players who may be at risk of developing problematic gambling behaviour.

Every Reel 7 player has access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from their account settings page, with immediate effect upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit amounts. Increases to deposit limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Decreases take effect immediately.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further play is blocked until the period resets.
• Session Reminders: Set reminders at defined intervals during gameplay to prompt you to review how long you have been playing.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or a custom period). During a cool-off, your account is inaccessible and you will not receive promotional communications from Reel 7.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Reel 7 platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of six months. During self-exclusion, your account is closed, your balance is held for return and all marketing communications cease immediately.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Reel 7 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of Reel 7 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, transmit, modify or create derivative works from any Reel 7 content without express written permission from Reel 7. Personal, non-commercial use of the platform for the purpose it was designed — playing games and placing bets — is permitted within these Terms. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to use Reel 7's brand name, logo or trademarks for any purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

Reel 7 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain continuous availability and accurate game and odds displays, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption or that all information displayed will be error-free at all times.

• Reel 7 is not liable for any loss of winnings, loss of opportunity or any other financial loss arising from platform downtime, technical errors or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
• Reel 7 is not liable for losses resulting from decisions made by the player during gameplay — gambling outcomes are inherently uncertain and Reel 7 does not guarantee any outcome.
• Reel 7's total liability to any player for any cause of action is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits Reel 7's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Reel 7 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on Reel 7, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and gameplay is used to operate the platform, process payments, comply with legal obligations (including anti-money laundering requirements) and, with your consent, to communicate promotional offers. Reel 7 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with service providers necessary for platform operation and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where legally required.

12. Amendments to These Terms

Reel 7 may update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — Reel 7 will notify registered players by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

If you continue to use the Reel 7 platform after updated Terms have been published and notified, this constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with your use of the Reel 7 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Reel 7 is licensed to operate. Reel 7 operates as an international online gaming platform and complies with the licensing and regulatory requirements of its operating jurisdiction.

The majority of disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication. Where informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by Reel 7's operating licence.
